All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label to send your item back to us.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For exchanges, we'll cover standard shipping on your replacement item. Certain items such as clearance merchandise, final sale items, and custom orders cannot be returned.
