Facolos Pickleball Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse or fulfillment partners warehouse so we can get your gear onto the court as quickly as possible. Standard order processing takes 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information the moment your shipping label is created.
(Note: Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will be processed on the following business day).
Canadian Domestic Shipping Rates
We partner with trusted national carriers and fulfillment centers to offer fast, reliable domestic shipping across all Canadian provinces and territories.

Standard Flat Rate: $10.00 CAD on all orders under $100.

Free Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $100 CAD or more (calculated before taxes and after discounts).
- Shipping Minimum : We do not ship orders under $25 before tax
Estimated delivery times within Canada typically range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on your distance from our fulfillment facility.
International Shipping
At this time, Facolos Canada exclusively serves the Canadian market. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to the United States.
P.O. Boxes & Physical Addresses
Because we use premium courier services to ensure fast delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout. If a P.O. Box is entered, our team will reach out to you to request an alternate address, which may delay the processing of your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We pack every paddle, bag, and ball with extreme care, but transit issues occasionally happen. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, or if your gear arrives damaged from transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
