• Product Accuracy: We strive to display the colors, specifications, and details of our products (such as the EliteX paddle or F-Pro balls) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

• Errors and Omissions: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system glitch, Facolos Canada reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, and software, is the property of Facolos Canada or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
